• Marketing - Foster Care Network, Inc. must be a common name in the West Valley and throughout Arizona. We must creatively market our services to each and every foster care agency in the valley and throughout Arizona.
• Environment- Foster Care Network, Inc. will own and operate a recreational center for families where supporting funds are generated through community use will benefit foster children
